How long does it take for my mattress to ship?
All Brooklyn Bedding mattresses are custom-made to order in our Phoenix factory. Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days, with shipping taking an additional 3 to 5 business days via FedEx Ground.
What is your return policy and sleep trial?
We offer a 120-night risk-free trial. We ask that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust. If you aren't satisfied, we will provide a full refund and assist with the return or donation process.
Do your mattresses come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our mattresses come with a 10-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or impressions greater than 1 inch, provided the mattress is used on a proper supportive base.
How do I set up my mattress-in-a-box?
Simply unbox the mattress in your bedroom, carefully cut the plastic wrap, and watch it expand. Most mattresses reach 90% of their shape within minutes, but we recommend waiting 24 hours for it to fully firm up.
Do you offer financing options?
We partner with Affirm to provide flexible financing options. You can choose to pay over 3, 6, or 12 months with rates as low as 0% APR for qualified buyers.
Are your mattresses CertiPUR-US® certified?
Absolutely. All foams used in our mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, or formaldehyde, ensuring a safe sleep environment.
